December 1, 2025 By NBHSPN

The MA-505 CoC–colloquially known as the Bristol County Continuum of Care (BCCC), a merged CoC combining the former New Bedford CoC and the former Attleboro Taunton Bristol County CoC–acting through its collaborative applicant, the City of New Bedford’s Office of Housing & Community Development (OHCD), is releasing its CoC Application 2025.

Proposal deadline is Friday, December 12th at 12 noon.

All applications must be completed and submitted through the Neighborly application portal. Paper applications or electronic applications other than through Neighborly will not be accepted.

While the Neighborly application portal is being finalized, a paper version of the application is now available for your review to ensure adequate time to review, begin assembling required information and prepare for final information submission through Neighborly.

You can access the paper application version here.

It is anticipated that the Neighborly portal will be available no later than December 5th. Please be sure to check back here for the link you will need to apply through Neighborly.
