The MA-505 CoC–colloquially known as the Bristol County Continuum of Care (BCCC), a merged CoC combining the former New Bedford CoC and the former Attleboro Taunton Bristol County CoC–acting through its collaborative applicant, the City of New Bedford’s Office of Housing & Community Development (OHCD), is releasing its CoC Application 2025.
Proposal deadline is Friday, December 12th at 12 noon.
All applications must be completed and submitted through the Neighborly application portal. Paper applications or electronic applications other than through Neighborly will not be accepted.
A paper version of the application is available for your review to ensure flexibility to review, begin assembling required information and prepare for final information submission through Neighborly. You can access the paper application version here.

This funding arises from HUD’s issuance of its 2025 CoC NOFO which is available here through the Grants.gov website. The CoC strongly encourages all interested HUD-eligible parties to apply for this funding. This competition is open to ALL eligible applicants; one need not have previously applied to participate and submit an application.
