BRISTOL COUNTY CONTINUUM OF CARE

The CoC pursues a comprehensive response to homelessness using a “Continuum of Care” methodology through a community-based network. The BCCC is a membership-driven collective of over 60 organizations, agencies and individuals committed to working together in addressing all variants of homelessness particularly those experiencing chronic homelessness and those unsheltered/unhoused.

2026 STREETSHEETS NOW AVAILABLE!

On behalf of the BCCC, the City of New Bedford’s Office of Housing & Community Development has released the printed version of the 2026 StreetSheets and StreetSheet SNAPSHOT. The printed versions provide resources within the Bristol County Continuum of Care. Spanish and Portuguese versions of these StreetSheets will be released on this website in late Spring 2026.

Although printed StreetSheets are not available for 2026, the new format makes it easy for you to print out on a standard size sheet of paper.
