Bristol County CoC Community Performance Dashboard

TRACK TRENDS IN HOMELESSNESS WITHIN THE BRISTOL COUNTY COC

MONITOR SERVICE UTILIZATION

EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERVENTIONS

ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

MAXIMIZE EFFICACY OF THE BRISTOL COUNTY COC’S OPERATIONS TOWARD ENDING HOMELESSNESS

The BCCC’s data dashboard, developed by Simtech Solutions, is a powerful tool designed for our use that uses the CoC’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) information to track, visualize, and analyze critical data related to homelessness.

The dashboard provides important updates on key performance indicators—from overarching information about project participant demographics within our CoC and shelter/housing occupancy to service utilization, housing data and income. This data enables users and the CoC to strategically to monitor trends, allocate resources efficiently and improve program and system outcomes. The dashboard is integrated directly with the Simtech data warehouse where our CoC’s HMIS is securely stored, ensuring data synchronization and access to accurate, actionable insights. With customizable views for different stakeholders, it serves as an essential tool for the CoC membership, project case managers, CoC administrators, policymakers and community stakeholders, all while maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive client information.

Data is typically uploaded on a monthly basis so the most recent available date range on the dashboard always reflects the most current data collected and uploaded into the dashboard. (Example: January data would be uploaded into the system in February so someone looking at the dashboard in February not see any February data; they would only be able to access data through the end of January).

Use the filters feature, below, to set the timeframe you wish to see.
