BCCC MOVES MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS TO QUARTERLY SCHEDULE

June 9, 2026 By NBHSPN

On Thursday, May 21, 2026, the Bristol County Continuum of Care (BCCC) Executive Board evaluated and acted favorably upon a change from its monthly membership meetings of the MA-505 CoC (the BCCC) to now quarterly membership meetings. In so doing it was recognized that this meeting move to a quarterly calendar will provide greater flexibility to the CoC as it continues shifting and refining its focus as an impactful network focused on ending homelessness.

The BCCC’s new Quarterly Meetings will improve operational efficiency and afford better use of time prior to, during, and in follow up to meetings. In so doing, this shift provides the BCCC with new opportunities for more detailed committee work while ensuring regular, HUD-compliant membership meetings that bring the CoC together for relevant, deeper-dive meetings rooted in enhanced committee work.

The remaining two quarterly meetings in 2026 are scheduled:

Thursday, July 16th and Thursday, October 15, 2026.

Notices about upcoming meetings are typically sent a week prior to any meeting to those on the BCCC’s email list. If you wish to be placed on that mailing list, please contact Jennifer.Clarke@newbedford-ma.gov advising of your interest to be included in the mailing list along with your name, affiliation and email address.
