The 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) funding competition through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) opened in November 2025 and will conclude no later than HUD’s Submission deadline of January 14, 20264. HUD Releases FY 2025 CoC NOFO HUD announced the release of the FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on November 13, 2025. This announcement opened a 60-day period for communities across the country to prepare and submit their CoC applications to seek funding to address and end homelessness.
