BRISTOL COUNTY CONTINUUM OF CARE

The CoC pursues a comprehensive response to homelessness using a “Continuum of Care” methodology through a community-based network. The BCCC is a membership-driven collective of over 60 organizations, agencies and individuals committed to working together in addressing all variants of homelessness particularly those experiencing chronic homelessness and those unsheltered/unhoused.

The MA-505 CoC--colloquially known as the Bristol County Continuum of Care (BCCC), a merged CoC combining the former New Bedford CoC and the former Attleboro Taunton Bristol County CoC--acting through its collaborative applicant, the City of New Bedford’s Office of Housing & Community Development (OHCD), is releasing its CoC Application 2025. 2025 COC COMPETITION TIMELINE

The 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) funding competition through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) opened in November 2025 and will conclude no later than HUD’s Submission deadline of January 14, 20264.  Given the rapid turnaround on the grant deadline, the Bristol County Continuum of Care’s own CoC Competition Calendar is highly accelerated. FY2025 CONTINUUM of CARE COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT

HUD Releases FY 2025 CoC NOFO HUD announced the release of the FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on November 13, 2025. 2025 PIT and HIC DATA PRESENTATION
